我们家个个是零食大王,橱柜里瓜子花生干果、话梅、芝麻糖、巧克力等等一大堆。每次回国时都买十好几袋的恒康小核桃,后来有一次春天回国,小核桃打开后都是变味了的,就再不买了。最近发现在Costco买的山核桃仁烤了以后味美香脆,不亚于小核桃,刚刚烤好就香的让人欲罢不能地吃个不停。家里请客做过两次,备受欢迎,朋友们追着要方子。

用料:
1:Costco买的美国山核桃仁(pecan)半包,454克;
2:盐3/4茶匙;
3:五香粉 1/2-2/3茶匙。
1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、半包山核桃仁放在一个不锈钢盆里。烧一大锅开水,倒入盛核桃的盆里(图1),将山核桃仁烫15秒钟,然后沥干水(图2)。
2、将盐和五香粉等调料分几次均匀撒入(图3),每撒一次就将盆上下颠簸几下,让山核桃仁均匀沾上调味料。

3、将13×18英寸的大号烤盘铺上烤盘纸(parchment paper),调好味道的山核桃仁倒在烤盘上面,尽量摊开摊匀(图4)。
4、烤箱预热至330F。烤盘放入烤20分钟,取出用木勺将山核桃仁翻动一面,再摊匀。再烤4分钟,关火后等2分钟取出。
5、山核桃仁晾凉1-2小时后,装入玻璃瓶中,放冰箱保存。烤好的山核桃非常美味,会让你吃不停口哦。
