Party备受欢迎的小零食【香烤山核桃仁】

我们家个个是零食大王，橱柜里瓜子花生干果、话梅、芝麻糖、巧克力等等一大堆。每次回国时都买十好几袋的恒康小核桃，后来有一次春天回国，小核桃打开后都是变味了的，就再不买了。最近发现在Costco买的山核桃仁烤了以后味美香脆，不亚于小核桃，刚刚烤好就香的让人欲罢不能地吃个不停。家里请客做过两次，备受欢迎，朋友们追着要方子。
用料：
1：Costco买的美国山核桃仁（pecan）半包，454克；
2：盐3/4茶匙；
3：五香粉 1/2-2/3茶匙。
1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、半包山核桃仁放在一个不锈钢盆里。烧一大锅开水，倒入盛核桃的盆里（图1），将山核桃仁烫15秒钟，然后沥干水（图2）。
2、将盐和五香粉等调料分几次均匀撒入（图3），每撒一次就将盆上下颠簸几下，让山核桃仁均匀沾上调味料。
3、将13×18英寸的大号烤盘铺上烤盘纸（parchment paper），调好味道的山核桃仁倒在烤盘上面，尽量摊开摊匀（图4）。
4、烤箱预热至330F。烤盘放入烤20分钟，取出用木勺将山核桃仁翻动一面，再摊匀。再烤4分钟，关火后等2分钟取出。
5、山核桃仁晾凉1-2小时后，装入玻璃瓶中，放冰箱保存。烤好的山核桃非常美味，会让你吃不停口哦。
