【雀巢虾】

大家可以试试这个雀巢虾，好吃又好看。
1：大号带壳冰冻白虾8个，盐1/4茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙，香油 1/2茶匙；
2：最小号土豆8个，盐1/3茶匙；
3：糯米粉2大匙，葱花1.5大匙， 香油 1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙；
7：素油或橄榄油2.5大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。以上材料做8个雀巢虾。
做法：
1、冰冻虾放入半池冷水中解冻，去壳去肠泥洗净。沥水后放一碗里，加剩余1料拌匀腌20分钟待用（图1）。
2、土豆（图2）去皮，切细丝（图3），放一盆里加2料里的盐拌匀，盐15分钟（图4）。
3、3料里的糯米粉放入土豆丝里（图5）拌匀。然后放入剩余3料（图6）用筷子搅拌匀匀待用。
4、不粘锅置炉上开中火，放2.5大匙油，将土豆丝分8等份放入煎锅，整成圆形，每个土豆圈上放一粒腌好的虾（图7）按紧，煎3-4分钟。
5、翻转一面再煎2-3分钟，捞出雀巢虾，放入纸巾上吸去多余的油，即可摆盘上桌，趁热食用，唇齿留香。
