【豆渣虾仁米饼】

我们家毛毛从来不喝豆浆，说是有味道。昨天做了豆腐花，他也是不吃的。我发现这个新款的九阳豆浆机DJ13U-D08SG做出来的豆渣比较细，就留了起来。今天拿来做了这个豆渣虾仁米饼，好香的。毛毛居然吃了6块，当然我没有告诉他里面有豆渣哈。
1：半杯干黄豆做豆腐花留下的豆渣，大约1杯；
2：冰冻白虾仁75克；
3：鸡粉1/4茶匙，盐1茶匙，香油1茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙，葱花3大匙，姜蓉1茶匙；
4：白粘米粉1杯 (130克)，大鸡蛋1个；
5：水6大匙（90克）；
6：玉米油或橄榄油3×2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
以上材料可做16个8厘米大的豆渣虾仁米饼。
做法：
1、虾仁洗净沥水，剁成蓉（图1），连同做豆浆过滤下的豆渣及所有调味料3料放一盆里（图2）。
2、接着放入4料里的米粉（图3）和1个鸡蛋（图4），最后放上6大匙水（图5），用筷子搅拌均匀成糊状（图6）。
4、剩下的面糊如上操作。煎好的豆渣虾仁米饼放到纸巾上吸取多余的油后就可以吃了。
