【糖醋大虾】
毛毛妈
在华人超市看到有非常好的冰冻有头大虾，做了这个糖醋大虾，毛毛很喜欢。
1：冰冻有头大白虾500克；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花1.5大匙，姜3-4片；
3：厨酒2茶匙，盐1/4茶匙；
4：糖醋汁：生抽酱油1大匙，老抽1茶匙，米醋1大匙，糖1.5大匙，水3大匙，生粉1/2茶匙，所有材料放一碗中拌匀。
5：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、 大虾剪去角须与头部，在虾背部靠近头部处剪开2厘米的小口，将虾肠挑出（图1），洗净沥水待用（图2）。
2、 不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，炒香葱花和姜片（图3），放入大虾（图4），翻炒至虾变红
3、 喷入2茶匙厨酒，放入1/4茶匙盐翻炒均匀，然后倒入糖醋汁（图5），炒至汁浓（图6）。
4、最后淋下香油兜匀出锅。
