【酱汁豆腐蚕豆】

在Farm Boy买了带壳的蚕豆，剥出来的蚕豆仁好大个，原想会不会老了，结果几分钟就煮糯了，非常好吃。
用料：
1：老豆腐一盒700克；
2：蚕豆仁350克；
3：橄榄油2大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，葱花1.5大匙，姜蓉2茶匙；
4：厨酒1大匙，盐1/2茶匙，生抽酱油 2大匙，老抽酱油1.5大匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，糖1茶匙，水2大匙；
5：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、 豆腐冲洗后沥水，横剖成3等厚片，再对角切三角型待用。不粘锅加1.5大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大火，放入豆腐（图1）煎黄，翻转一面再煎黄（图2）捞出待用。
2、 原锅加0.5大匙橄榄油，大火炒香蒜蓉、葱花与姜蓉（图3），加蚕豆仁翻炒1分钟（图4），然后放入煎豆腐（图5）.。
3、依次放入所有4料（图6），煮几分钟至汁浓、蚕豆仁软糯，最后淋下1茶匙香油，翻炒均匀后出锅。配上一碗米饭，很好吃。
