【酱烧豆腐】

家里有瓶李锦记的韩国烧烤酱, 再加点辣豆瓣来煮的这款酱烧豆腐, 真的非常好吃, 你可以试试呀.
用料:
1: 老豆腐一盒（450克）;
2: 中式腊肠1根
3: 橄榄油1大匙，葱1条洗净切葱花，蒜瓣2瓣去皮拍碎，李锦记辣豆瓣酱1大匙；
4: 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记韩国烧烤酱1.5大匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙， 水1/2杯;
5: 香油 1/2茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、豆腐(图1) 用的这种的，冲洗沥水后切1厘米大小的块 (图2)。腊肠切片(图3)待用.
2、炒锅加1大匙橄榄油，置炉上大火，放入葱花蒜末及腊肠（图4），炒30秒。然后放入豆瓣酱及豆腐（图5），轻轻翻炒1分钟。
3、放入所有4料， 调中火盖盖煮3-4分钟至汁浓（图6），再放入1/2茶匙香油， 炒匀即可盛出上桌。
