【酱烧豆腐】

用料:
1: 老豆腐一盒(450克);
2: 中式腊肠1根
3: 橄榄油1大匙,葱1条洗净切葱花,蒜瓣2瓣去皮拍碎,李锦记辣豆瓣酱1大匙;
4: 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记韩国烧烤酱1.5大匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙, 水1/2杯;
5: 香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、豆腐(图1) 用的这种的,冲洗沥水后切1厘米大小的块 (图2)。腊肠切片(图3)待用.

2、炒锅加1大匙橄榄油,置炉上大火,放入葱花蒜末及腊肠(图4),炒30秒。然后放入豆瓣酱及豆腐(图5),轻轻翻炒1分钟。
3、放入所有4料, 调中火盖盖煮3-4分钟至汁浓(图6),再放入1/2茶匙香油, 炒匀即可盛出上桌。
