【素炒面】

今天做了这个素炒面也非常好吃,亲们试试。

用料:
1:真空包装蛋炒面一袋454克(图5);
2:头抽酱油 1大匙, 生抽酱油 1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,橄榄油1大匙;
3:干香菇15粒,水中泡软洗净待用;
4:胡萝卜2小根200克,小白菜400克,绿豆芽350克;
5:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1大匙,姜丝1茶匙,朝天辣椒1个切粒;
6:盐1茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙,白胡椒1/6茶匙;
7:香油2茶匙。
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、香菇提请冷水泡软,洗净切丝。小白菜分成一叶叶,洗净待用,胡萝卜去皮切丝,豆芽摘掉跟洗净待用。大煮锅放10杯水置炉上,开大火煮滚后,加入炒面,将面条搅散。转大中火煮1分钟(图1),沥干水后,放入所有2了料(图2)拌匀。
2、将面条转入不粘锅里,置炉上开大中火,两面煎至微黄(图3),盛出保温待用。

3、原不粘锅放1大匙橄榄油,开大火,炒香剩余5料里(图4),下胡萝卜丝和香菇丝翻炒片刻(图5),依次放入6料再炒1-2分钟,然后放入小白菜,炒至菜断生(图6)。
4、倒入豆芽(图5),翻炒1分钟,关火后放入煎好的面条和2茶匙香油(图8),拌炒均与即可。
