用豆浆机做老北京宫廷【核桃酪】

冬天里早餐来一碗现做的核桃酪不仅味美滋润，长期服用可补肝肾、乌发、抗衰老，具有美容养颜、延年益寿之功效。上次用九阳豆浆机DJ13U-D08SG，做豆浆时发现它的豆渣比较细。就试着用豆浆机做这个核桃酪，简单省事而且口感细腻润滑，值得试试。我做了一锅，毛毛爸一口气都喝完了！
1：生核桃仁1杯（100克）；
2：圆糯米1/2杯（100克）；
3：大蜜枣5个 (105克)；
4：水3.5杯（840克）。
做法：
1、糯米洗净，用4料里的1杯水泡2小时（图1）。
2、蜜枣我买的是这种（图2），将里面的核去掉（图3）。
3、将泡好的米连水放入豆浆机里，再放入生核桃仁（图4），以及去核蜜枣与4料中剩余的水(2.5 杯) （图5）。
5、核桃酪分装到4个小碗里，想吃较甜的可以加1大匙蜂蜜，注意不要烫到。核桃酪细滑柔润非常好吃。
心得分享：
1：我觉得蜜枣已经够甜，如果想吃更甜点可以加些蜂蜜。
2：如果家里没有蜜枣，可以用红枣，但要先洗净，用4料里的1杯水泡几小时，再去掉核。红枣不够甜，核桃酪要加适量的糖或蜂蜜。
