【照烧鸡】

在Costco买到去皮去骨的鸡腿肉，做了这个照烧鸡，健康又好味。
用料：
1：去皮去骨的鸡腿肉5块450克；
2：橄榄油1大匙，姜2-3片，蒜3-4瓣拍碎；
3：米酒1.5大匙，头抽酱油 1大匙， 生抽酱油1大匙，盐1/4茶匙，糖1.5大匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，水1.5大匙；
4：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、抽掉鸡肉里面的细小血管，洗净后用纸巾擦干，一切两半（图1）。不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大中火，放入鸡肉，先煎2分钟（图2）。
2、鸡肉翻转一面，加2料里的姜片和蒜瓣同煎2分钟（图3），依次放入所有3料煮滚（图4）。
3、煮至汁浓稠，下1茶匙香油，拌匀离火出锅即可。
