用料:
1：冰冻白虾仁454克，生粉1/2茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙， 香油1/2茶匙；
2：6条小嫩黄瓜（650克），盐1/2茶匙；
3：黄，紫，白胡萝卜各一小根（共160克），盐1/4茶匙；
4： 牛油果油1大匙，辣椒油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，姜蓉1.5茶匙，花椒粉1/4茶匙；
5：头抽酱油1大匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，葡萄醋（balsamic vinegar ）2茶匙，红糖1/2茶匙；香油2茶匙
6：黄飞鸿花生米（或炒熟的花生米）1/2杯（125克）。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻，去壳去肠洗净，放入一碗里，加所有剩余1料（图3）拌匀，静置10分钟。小黄瓜去皮洗净对半切开再切片（图1），放一碗中，加盐1/2茶匙拌匀腌10分钟。胡萝卜也去皮洗净切片（图2），放一碗中，加盐1/4茶匙拌匀腌10分钟，待用.
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热后，放入虾仁（图4）. 盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stirfry，程序结束盛出虾仁待用。
3、锅里再加1.5大匙辣椒油，放入葱花，蒜蓉，姜蓉，及花椒粉（图5），盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Stirfry程序，3秒后程序自动进行，再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟。
4、黄瓜胡萝卜泌去水放一大碗中，将将炒香的葱花，蒜蓉，姜及油，倒入（图6），拌匀。再放入所有5料及炒好的虾仁及花生拌匀即可。
