用料:
1：鸡翼或上段20个；
2：牛油果油1大匙，葱花2大匙，姜片3-4片，花椒一粒，丁香2粒；
3：葡萄醋1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，红糖1.5大匙，水1/2杯。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸡翼冲洗干净沥水待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加1大匙油及葱花、姜，花椒，丁香到炒锅里，放入鸡翅（图1），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stirfry，程序自动进行。
3、等程序结束后，打开盖子，放入所有3料（图2），盖上盖子，用Function键选Stew，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键将时间减到15分钟，程序自动进行。
4、等程序结束后，用Function键选Braise，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键将时间减到8分钟，程序自动进行（图3）。
5、等程序结束后（最后2分钟注意观察，只要汤汁收干，油逼出就行），打开盖子（图4），盛出来就可以上桌了。
