1：猪里脊肉3大片（625克）；

3、Ropot预热后，加3大匙油到锅里，放入4块里脊肉（图6），盖上锅盖，用Function键选 Pan fry键，3秒倒计时结束，再按-将时间减少到3.5分钟，程序自动进行了。
4、程序完成后，里脊翻转一面（图7），用Function键选 Pan fry键，3秒倒计时结束，再按-将时间减少到2分钟，程序自动进行了。等程序完成，将煎好的椰丝里脊放到铺了纸巾的盘子上吸去多余的油，就可以了。
5、做好一批，内锅用水冲干净，用纸巾擦干，然后依次做好其他的椰丝里脊。如果做好一批不冲洗锅，因为锅很热了，那每一面煎2分钟就好。
