用料:
1：冰冻中号白虾25个，盐1/3茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，生粉1茶匙，香油1/2茶匙；
2：小黄瓜4条260克，小胡萝卜2根70克；
3：橄榄油1大匙，葱花1大匙，姜2-3片；
4：盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：蚝油1大匙，酱油膏1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻（图1），去壳去肠洗净，放入一碗里，加所有2料（图2）拌匀，静置10分钟（图3）。小黄瓜去皮切丁，胡罗卜去皮洗净切丁（图4）.
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，加1大匙油到炒锅里，放入葱花，姜片，胡萝卜丁，黄瓜丁及4料（图5）盖上锅盖。用Function键选Saute，3秒后程序自动进行，再按-键好减少1分钟的时间。
3、等2分钟后程序结束，打开盖，放入虾仁及5料（图6），盖上盖（图7）。再用Function键选Saute，3秒种倒计时完成，程序开始，再按-键，减少30秒。
4、2.5分钟后程序完成，打开盖子（图8），将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
