去超市买菜时看到红辣椒非常新鲜，买了一包做剁辣椒。这个剁辣椒很容易做，而且自己做的吃着放心。
用料:
1：新鲜红辣椒350克；
2：盐2茶匙，高度白酒2茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、辣椒去蒂洗净，放纸巾上晾干（图1）24小时。
2、将晾干的辣椒切小粒（图2），怕辣可以用筷子夹住辣椒切，或者带手套或用切菜机。
3、辣椒碎放在干净无油的碗里，加入所有2料（图3），拌均后盖上保鲜膜（图4），在室温下放置2天。
4、然后将腌制好的辣椒放入干净无油瓶子里，密封冰箱冷藏5天后就可以食用了。
