【腊肠土豆饭】

这次在华人超市买了很好的瘦香肠，拿来做了这个腊肠土豆饭，简单易做又美味，毛毛吃了一大碗。
1：瘦香肠2根；
2：Costco买的黄色小土豆5个（400克），去皮洗净；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花1.5大匙，姜3-4片；
4：大米2杯，盐1.25茶匙，水3杯，黑胡椒粉1/6茶匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙；
5：葱花1大匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、瘦香肠（图1）切薄片，土豆切成小丁（图2）待用，大米洗好沥水。
2、新款电压力锅内胆里，放1.5大匙油，按【煎炒Sauté】键，选高温档。放入3料里的葱花和姜片炒香（图3），然后加入香肠炒至变色出香味（图4），再放入土豆丁翻炒几下（图5）。
4、【煮饭】程序完成，等5分钟，再放气打开盖子，放入1大匙葱花就可以了。
