【高升虾】

朋友送来了一大袋Costco买的带壳白虾,我借鉴高升排骨的做法,做了这个高升虾,很浓厚入味,毛毛吃了好多个。

用料:
1:冰冻白虾550克;
2:橄榄油1大匙,葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1茶匙,姜3-4片;
3:厨酒1茶匙,醋2茶匙,糖3茶匙,生抽2茶匙,头抽2茶匙,水5茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,盐1/4茶匙;
4:香油1茶匙,葱花1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、白虾(买来时已去肠泥)洗净沥水。不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1大匙油,放入葱花、蒜蓉和姜片炒香(图1),再放入虾(图2),炒至七八成熟。
