【酥烤鱼条】

我们家毛毛特不喜欢吃整条红烧或清蒸带刺的鱼，怕剔刺麻烦。所以经常我会买些cod或salmon fillets. 今天用三文鱼柳做了这款香烤鱼条，非常健康的一种做法，也特别受欢迎。
用料:
1：三文鱼柳550克，盐1/2茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
2：1/4杯面粉（40克），1/4杯玉米淀粉（38克），盐1茶匙，黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，辣椒粉（paprika）1茶匙；
3：鸡蛋一只，水2/3杯，香油2茶匙；
4：1.5杯日式面包糠。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、三文鱼柳冲洗沥水，切1.5厘米宽、10厘米长的条（图1）。将1/2茶匙盐及1大匙蒜蓉放一碗中（图2），将三文鱼条放入，轻轻拌匀后腌20分钟。
2、将所有2料放一中号盆里（图3）拌匀，加入所有3料，搅拌均匀成糊状（图4）。将腌好的三文鱼条放入（图5），用筷子拌匀让鱼条都挂上糊（图6）。
3、预热烤箱至420F/215摄氏度。面包糠倒在盘子里，将挂上糊的鱼条均匀裹上面包糠（图7），放入铺了烤盘纸的烤盘里。
4、盛鱼条的烤盘放入烤箱里烤8分钟，翻转一面再烤5分钟。趁热食用，鱼肉很嫩，表皮酥香。
