【糖醋小肉丸】

周末买了些全瘦的火鸡肉糜，做这个糖醋小丸子，没有用油炸，健康又美味。
用料:
1：瘦的火鸡肉糜275克；
2：厨酒1茶匙，盐1/3茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，老抽酱油 1大匙， 鸡粉1/4茶匙，香油1茶匙，生粉2茶匙，水1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，姜蓉1/4茶匙；
3：橄榄油1大匙，葱一根切段，姜2-3片；
4：生抽酱油1大匙，老抽1大匙，米醋1大匙，糖1.5大匙，水4大匙，盐1/6茶匙；
5：生粉1茶匙，水1大匙，拌匀。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、所有1料和2料放入一盆中（图1），用一双筷子顺一个方向搅拌至少100下，至馅发粘上劲（图2）。
2、中号锅装大半锅水，煮滚后调中小火，用一小汤勺先沾下水，舀出大约2茶匙肉馅，右手持勺，与左手掌配合，搓成直径1.5厘米的小丸子放入滚水里（图3），依次做好所有丸子。中火煮几分钟至丸子漂浮至水面（图4），离火待用。
3、不粘锅加1大匙橄榄油，置炉上开大中火，放入3料里的葱段和姜片炒香（图5），然后放入所有4料煮滚（图6）。
4、将肉丸子捞出，放入不粘锅里，与糖醋汁炒匀，然后放入5料生粉水兜匀，煮滚至汁浓稠离火即可。
