【凉拌小黄瓜西红柿】

在Costco买了棕色西红柿，非常不错，用它凉拌黄瓜健康又好吃。
用料:
1：小黄瓜4条，棕色西红柿2个；
2：盐1/3茶匙；
3：鸡粉1/6茶匙，葡萄醋1.5茶匙，红糖1茶匙；
4: 香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、小黄瓜削去皮，水冲洗后滚刀切小块（图1），西红柿洗净后也切小块（图2）。
2、黄瓜块放一干净盆里，下盐1/3茶匙拌匀腌10分钟，再放入剩余调味料3-4（图3），拌匀。
3、最后放入西红柿块（图4）, 拌匀（图5）即可开吃。
