【咸煎鸡中段】

用料:
1:鸡翅中段12个;
2:盐1/2茶匙;
3:黑胡椒1/3茶匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、早上上班前,将鸡翅中段洗净沥水放一塑料袋里,放入1/2茶匙盐,。密封塑料袋,摇匀(图1),放冰箱里腌8-10小时。
2、下午下班回来,用纸巾吸去腌好的鸡翅上水。RoPot自动炒菜机插上电源,按开关键,将平底内锅放入,将鸡中川段平放锅里(图2),均匀撒上黑胡椒粉,不用放油。

3、盖上锅盖,用Function键选 Pan fry键(4分钟),再按+键将时间增加到8分钟(图3),程序自动进行了。
4、等Pan fry结束后,从侧面打开盖子(这样不会被热蒸汽熏到手臂),用筷子将鸡翅反转一面(图4),盖上锅盖。用Function再键选Pan fry程序,再按+键将时间增加到7分钟。
5、7分钟后程序完成,打开盖子,将煎好的鸡翅倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
