【咸煎鸡中段】

用料:
1：鸡翅中段12个；
2：盐1/2茶匙；
3：黑胡椒1/3茶匙；
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、早上上班前，将鸡翅中段洗净沥水放一塑料袋里，放入1/2茶匙盐，。密封塑料袋，摇匀（图1），放冰箱里腌8-10小时。
2、下午下班回来，用纸巾吸去腌好的鸡翅上水。RoPot自动炒菜机插上电源，按开关键，将平底内锅放入，将鸡中川段平放锅里（图2），均匀撒上黑胡椒粉，不用放油。
3、盖上锅盖，用Function键选 Pan fry键（4分钟），再按+键将时间增加到8分钟（图3），程序自动进行了。
4、等Pan fry结束后，从侧面打开盖子（这样不会被热蒸汽熏到手臂），用筷子将鸡翅反转一面（图4），盖上锅盖。用Function再键选Pan fry程序，再按+键将时间增加到7分钟。
5、7分钟后程序完成，打开盖子，将煎好的鸡翅倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
