【AirGo之辣椒酿肉】

用料:
1：黄色彩椒4个250克；
2：冰冻带壳中号白虾12个；
3：瘦猪肉馅150克（extra lean ground pork）；
4：葱花1大匙，姜蓉1/2茶匙，头抽酱油1大匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙，生粉1茶匙，水1大匙；
5：牛油果油 1.5大匙；
6：葱花2茶匙，蚝油1大匙，头抽酱油2茶匙，水2大匙；
7：香油1茶匙 。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、彩椒对切成2半（图1），去籽洗净沥水待用。白虾放冷水里软化，去肠去壳洗净沥水。虾仁切小丁放入一碗中，加所有3-4料（图2）搅拌均匀待用。将虾肉馅均匀酿在辣椒里面（图3）。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及14分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油及酿好的辣椒半，皮朝下（图4），盖上锅盖。
3、程序进行到一半，打开盖子，反转一面（图5），盖上盖继续。等还有2分钟时，放入5-6料，搅拌几下（图6），盖上锅盖，让程序进行。
4、等程序完成就可以盛出来上桌，配点米饭吃很棒。
