【干烧千张】

用料:
1：千张一代（300克）；
2：虾米1.5大匙；
3：牛油果油 1.5大匙，葱花2大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙，辣椒酱2茶匙；
4：盐1/2茶匙，头抽酱油1大匙，生抽酱油1大匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，白胡椒1/6茶匙，水1/2杯；
5：香油 1茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、千张冲洗干净，沥水切0.8厘米宽8厘米长的条（图1），葱花蒜蓉切好待用。
2、【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加1.5大匙油。放入虾米，葱花，蒜末及辣椒酱（图2），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Saute，3秒后，再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟，程序自动进行。
3、程序结束，打开盖子，放入千张及所有4料（图3）。用Function键选saute，3秒后，再按+键增加时间到7分钟，程序自动进行。
4、程序结束，打开盖子，放入1茶匙香油，盖上盖按下Toss搅拌均匀。结束有打开盖，煮好的千张放入一盘子里上桌。
