【抹茶牛奶蛋羹】

 抹茶牛奶蛋羹
用料:
1:大号鸡蛋1个;
2:牛奶150毫升(大约1/2杯加2大匙);
3: 罗汉果糖 1大匙;
4: 炼乳1大匙;
5: 抹茶粉 1.5茶匙.

注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。

做法:
1、鸡蛋用叉子打散(图1). 牛奶加糖,炼乳后放微波炉里加热50秒(图2), 然后放入抹茶粉(图3)拌匀(图4). 然后牛奶慢慢倒入鸡蛋里搅拌均匀(图5)。
2、蛋汁过滤慢慢倒入小碗中(图6)。取出电压力锅附带的支架(图7),放入内胆里,加水到1杯的线。将盛放鸡蛋的碗放在支架上(图8)。盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【蒸】档10分钟。

3、电压力锅完成程序后,冷却5分钟,放气减压打开盖子。取出蒸好的牛奶鸡蛋,稍微冷就可开吃了。
