又一款超级好吃的土豆煎饼, 这次没有放一点面粉, 加了小根胡萝卜丝及红葱头, 外面焦香, 里面绵软葱香满口, 太好吃了. 一块饼秒光. 领导直说好吃.
用料:
1: 大土豆1个275克；
2: 小胡萝卜1根(35克);
3: 红葱头1个(55克), 葱1根;
4: 大号鸡蛋1个;
5: 盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，黑胡椒1/6茶匙, 香油1茶匙；
6：牛油果油 或其他素油2大匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
