松仁鸡排

用料:
1:去皮去骨的鸡腿肉600克,洗净沥水备用。
2:绍酒1大匙,万字牌生抽酱油2大匙,糖1茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,香油1茶匙。
3:中筋面粉1/2杯,生粉1/2杯拌匀。
4:水3/4杯,万字牌生抽酱油1大匙,金兰老抽酱油1大匙,糖1/2茶匙。
5:生粉1.5茶匙加水2大匙拌匀,香油1茶匙,鸡精1/4茶匙,熟松仁3大匙。
6:橄榄油4大匙,葱花2大匙。
做法:
将沥水的鸡腿肉加2拌匀冰箱腌过夜。不沾锅放橄榄油4大匙,置炉上开大中火。取一塑料袋加入3料,放入淹好的鸡腿肉,封紧袋口抖一抖。将裹了面粉的鸡排抖掉多余的粉后,放入煎锅煎成两面黄捞出。原锅留油置炉上开大中火,炒香葱花1大匙,放下所有4料煮滚,接着淋下生粉汁并放入5料中的香油和鸡精兜匀成芡汁,将鸡排倒回锅里,兜匀出锅,撒上剩余的葱花即可。
