柠檬布丁

看到这个柠檬布丁，被它的名字吸引了（Lemon Pudding Paradise），就做了，没有想象中的好。喜欢柠檬的朋友们，可以试试这个柠檬布丁，挺好吃的。
用料:
1：低筋面粉(Cake flour)1/3杯（56克）。
2：蛋白3个，白醋1/3茶匙，糖1/4杯。
3：蛋黄3个，糖1/4杯，玉米油2大匙，柠檬皮末2茶匙。
4：新鲜柠檬汁4大匙（60毫升），牛奶90毫升。
5：打发鲜奶油或冰激凌适量。
1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
用两个干净无水的盆分别盛蛋白和蛋黄。蛋白加白醋用搅拌器高速打发几分钟，接着加入糖1/4杯再打2分钟（图A）。接着用搅拌器高速打蛋黄1分钟，加糖打到糖溶解。加入所有剩下的3料打匀，然后加入4和1料（图B），中速打1-2分钟均匀即可（图C）。先将1/3的蛋白拌入蛋黄糊里，然后将蛋黄糊到入打发的蛋白里（图D）用橡皮刀从上往下轻轻拌匀（图E）。
然后将面糊倒入22×22厘米的玻璃烤盘里（图F）。将烤盘放入预热至340F/170oC的烤箱内的盛了水（水约1.5厘米深）的大烤盘里。烤40分钟至便面金黄即可。柠檬布丁可以冷或热食，吃的时候舀些柠檬布丁再放上些打发鲜奶油或冰激凌，就可以开动了。
