【油焖白芦笋】

这次在CostCo买的白芦笋不错,非常新鲜又嫩, 做了油焖白芦笋, 咸中带点甜, 脆脆的很好吃.

用料:
1: 白芦笋700克;
2: 牛油果油1.5大匙, 葱花1大匙,蒜蓉1茶匙,;
3: 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙, 老抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 糖1茶匙;
4: 香油 1茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、 芦笋剥刮去皮,冲洗后滚刀切块(图1).
2、炒锅大中火加1.5大匙油, 放入葱花蒜蓉(图2)炒20秒, 然后放入芦笋(图2)炒1-2分钟.

3、加所有3料(图4), 再炒2分钟. 加1茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅.
