用料:
1：皇子菇一包400克；
2： 牛油果油1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙；
3：盐1/3茶匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
4：万字牌生抽酱油2茶匙，头抽酱油2茶匙，香油 1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、皇子菇去根洗净（图1），一切2段再切小片待用（图2）
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热，加1大匙油及葱花蒜蓉到炒锅里，放入切片的皇子菇（图3），在放入3料。盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stirfry，程序自动进行。
3、等第一次程序结束后，打开盖子，加所有4料（图4），盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Stirfry等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键将时间减到2分钟的时间。
4、程序结束后，打开锅盖，盛出炒好的皇子菇就可以上桌了。
