3、等程序结束后，打开盖子，撒上1茶匙芝麻，翻转鸡排（图4），盖上盖子，用Function键选Manual，等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按-键将时间减到3分钟，程序自动进行。
4、等程序结束后，打开盖子，拿出煎好的鸡排，重复以上步骤煎好另外一鸡排。加所有4料，用Function键选Stir Fry, 等3秒钟倒计时结束，再按+键将时间增加到5分钟，等水开后大约3-4分钟，打开盖子加5料（图5）。
5、放入煎好的鸡排，盖上盖子，让程序继续（图6）。等程序结束后打开盖子（图4），盛出来就可以上桌了。
