【煎风味里脊】

用料:
1:里脊肉3片(500克);
2:辣豆瓣酱1大匙,甜面酱2茶匙,
3:生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油2茶匙,老抽酱油1.5茶匙;
4:香油 1茶匙。
5:牛油果油 1大匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、里脊肉片洗净,切去外面的白膜,切3-4毫米片,用刀背拍松(图1),放入一塑料袋中,加所有调味料2-4封口,揉2分钟,静置15分钟(图2)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Grill”然后选择420F及10分钟,点“Start”预热。加1杯面粉到袋子里,封口摇匀。预热后锅刷油,放上肉片(图3),盖上锅盖,让程序继续(图4)。

3、烤6-7分钟后(图5),打开盖子,翻转一面。再盖上盖。等程序完成,打开盖子,盛出煎好的里脊肉,配点米饭吃很棒。
