用料:
1：干冬菇8粒，干黑木耳1/4杯；
2：魔芋丝1包280克；
3：牛油果油 1大匙，葱花2大匙，蒜末1大匙，朝天豆瓣鲜椒王1大匙；
4：盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙，头抽酱油1大匙，水1/3杯；
5：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、提前将冬菇及黑木耳放冷水里泡发，洗净（图1），香菇切丁（图2）。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Grill”然后选择420F及20分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1大匙油，葱花，蒜蓉及朝天豆瓣鲜椒王（图3），盖上锅盖，让程序继续。
3、1分钟后，放入黑木耳及香菇丁拌匀（图4），盖上盖继续。3分钟后放入魔芋丝（图5）及调味料4料及水1/3杯拌匀（图6），盖上盖（图7），让程序继续。中间打开锅盖，搅拌1-2次。
4、等程序完成，打开盖子，放入1茶匙香油（图8），拌匀即可盛出上桌.
