用料:
1：Tortillas 饼2张；
2：鸡蛋2只，盐1/3茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，葱花2大匙；
3：甜面酱1大匙，红辣腐乳汁1大匙，拌匀；
4：牛油果油 2茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Base heat”然后选择375F及默认时间13分钟，点“Start”。锅底稍微刷点油，放入一张饼（图1），盖上锅盖，让程序继续。
2、将所有2料放一碗里（图2），打撒拌匀。饼煎了2分钟后均匀倒入一半的蛋汁（图3）盖上盖，再煎1-2分钟。
3、打开锅盖，将饼反转一面刷上3料的酱汁（图4-5），盖上盖再煎1-2分钟。然后打开锅盖，将饼卷起来就好了。
4、重复做好另外一张饼，2人的早餐就好了。
