饼：
1：中筋面粉(All purpose flour) 1.5杯（240克，面没筛过，是从面粉袋里直接舀的），盐1/2茶匙；
2：刚煮滚的水1/2杯+1大匙（135克）， 冷水3大匙（45克）；
3：牛油果油 或其它素油1/2茶匙；
4：玉米油2大匙（25克），中筋面粉4大匙（40克）拌匀成油酥；
馅：
5：卤小牛腱2条切非常薄片，卤小牛腱做法见茶香酱牛：
6：葱2条洗净切细丝；
7：甜面酱6 x1茶匙；
其他：
8：油5×1茶匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。以上材料可以做6个卷饼。
做法：
1、盆内放入1料的面粉和盐拌匀，边用筷子搅拌边倒入开水（图1），加冷水45克拌匀揉成软面团，加1/2茶匙的油揉光滑（图2），盖上保鲜膜醒20分钟。
2、把所有4料放一小碗里搅拌均匀（图3）成油酥待用。把面团分成6等份，取一份稍揉压成饼状，擀成椭圆形厚3毫米的薄皮，均匀摊上1/6的油酥（图4）从下往上卷成筒，转90度（图5），稍微擀开（图6），再从上往下卷成筒，用手团成球状（图7）。一次做好其他5份用保鲜膜盖住（图8）。
3、取一份面团压扁，擀成直径20厘米的饼。RoPot自动炒菜机插上电源，按下开关键，加1茶匙油到平底内锅里，放入擀开的饼（图9），盖上锅盖，用Function键选 Pan fry键（4分钟），再按-将时间减少到2.5分钟，程序自动进行了.
4、程序完成后，取出饼放一盘子上，放1茶匙甜面酱（图10）在面饼上抹匀（图11）。将切薄的卤牛肉（图12）放7-8片在饼上，加些葱丝，将饼卷起，然后切成段（图13），就可以食用了。
