用料:
1：鸡翅中段9个；
2：1小块辣腐乳；
3：1大匙新剁掉蒜蓉；
4：2茶匙生抽酱油，2茶匙头抽酱油；2茶匙老抽酱油；
5：1茶匙葱花。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、提前一天，将鸡翅中段洗净沥水，放一塑料袋里，放入2-4料。密封塑料袋，摇匀（图1），放冰箱里腌24小时。

5、3分钟后程序完成，打开盖子，将煎好的鸡翅倒入盘子里，撒点葱花点缀即可上桌了。
