用料:
1：冰冻白虾仁1包454克；
2：盐1/2茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，生粉1茶匙， 香油 1茶匙;
3：大鸡蛋3个，盐1/3茶匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙，葱花3大匙；
4：牛油果油 1.5大匙；
5：头抽酱油1.5茶匙，香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻，去壳去肠洗净，挤去水，放入一碗里，加所有2料（图1）抓捏1分钟拌匀，静置10分钟。。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及6分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油，放入虾仁（图2），盖上锅盖，让程序继续。
3、程序进行到2.5分钟，打开盖子，搅拌几下（图3），鸡蛋同其他3料放一碗中打散（图4）后倒入（图5），盖上盖继续。
4、等还有1分钟时，放入5料（图6），搅拌几下，盖上锅盖，让程序进行。等程序完成，搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌，配点米饭吃很棒。
