【AirGo之虾米冬瓜】

用料:
1：冬瓜1000克；
2：干虾米2大匙;
3：牛油果油 1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1茶匙，辣椒酱1大匙；
4：盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，白胡椒1/4茶匙；
5：头抽酱油1大匙；
6：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、干虾米提前水里泡软（图1）沥水待用。冬瓜皮去籽洗净沥，切2厘米长宽0.3厘米厚片（图2）。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及14分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油，及葱花，蒜蓉，辣椒酱和虾米（图3），盖上锅盖，30秒分钟后放入冬瓜片拌匀（图4），盖上锅盖让程序继续。
3、程序进行到还剩6分钟或听到翻转提示，打开盖子，放入4和5料，搅拌几下（图5），盖上盖继续。
4、等还有1分钟时，放入6料（图6），搅拌几下，盖上锅盖，让程序进行。等程序完成，搅拌几下就可以盛出来上桌，配点米饭吃很棒。
