【笋尖烧排骨】

朋友送来了一包盐笋尖，泡后洗净烧了排骨，真好味道。
用料:
1：猪小排或肋排1250克；
2：盐笋尖半包250克;
3：牛油果油 1.5大匙，葱1条洗净切段，姜5克切片；
4：3大匙生抽酱油，1大匙头抽酱油，1大匙老抽酱油，1/4 茶匙盐，糖1.5大匙，水2杯；
5：香油 1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、盐笋尖提前2天泡冷水，中间换水2-3次，然后冲洗沥水待用（图1）。将排骨背面的筋膜撕掉，排骨切开洗净待用。
2、大号不粘锅或烧锅加1.5大匙油，置炉上开大中火，放入葱段姜片（图2），炒30秒后下排骨（图3），炒大约3-4分钟至有焦香。
3、放入所有4料（图4），盖盖煮滚，调中小火煮30分钟，然后放入笋尖（图5）继续再煮50分钟。
4、调大中火收汁，最后倒入1/2茶匙香油，炒均匀即可盛出上桌。
