胡萝卜肉丸

用料:
1：胡萝卜4根500克，去皮洗净。
2：瘦猪肉馅400克（extra lean ground pork）。
3：葱花3大匙，姜末2茶匙，盐1茶匙，万字牌生抽酱油3大匙，鸡蛋1个，香油1大匙，绍酒1大匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙（可省），生粉2大匙，白胡椒1/4茶匙。
4：黄豆面（Soya Flour）1/2杯.
5：菜油或玉米油2杯。
做法：
胡萝卜擦成丝（图A）备用。将肉馅和调味料3放一盆里，（图B），然后用木勺搅上劲。
接着放入胡萝卜丝及豆面（图C），搅拌均匀（图D）。中号锅，放入2杯玉米油，开中火，油热后，用一汤勺沾下油取一份肉馅，反复与左手掌和勺之间搓成2厘米大小的肉丸放入油里（图E），炸成金黄色捞出（图F）。
