【胡萝卜虾饼】

加了很嫩脆的胡萝卜特别好， 领导很喜欢, 大家试试把。
1：冰冻白虾1包454克；
2: 小胡萝卜100克, 葱两根, 红葱头2个(80克);
3：特大鸡蛋1个, 盐1/3 茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙, 头抽酱油2茶匙；
4：生粉1大匙, 面粉3大匙；
5: 香油1茶匙；
6: 牛油果油 2大匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻（图1），去壳去肠。冷水中抓洗干净，挤去水，切小丁（图2）待用。葱去根洗净切葱花, 红葱头去皮, 冷水冲下切小丁, 胡萝卜切小丁放一盆里（图3）.
2、虾仁丁放盆里, 加所有3-5料（图4）. 用勺子拌均匀待用（图5）。
3、不粘锅置炉上开中小火，放2大匙油，油热后，用勺子舀大约2大匙的面糊，分别放入锅里（图6）煎3-4分钟, 翻转一面再煎2-3, 两面都煎黄即可。
4、鲜嫩味美好吃呀。
