茄汁焖鸡翼

酸中带甜,很受小朋友的欢迎。

用料:
1:鸡翼中段650克,洗净沥水,加生抽酱油2大匙拌匀,冰箱腌过夜备用。
2:洋葱1个125克,去皮洗净,切小块。
3:绍酒1大匙,番茄酱(Ketchup)5大匙,水1/2杯,盐1/2茶匙,糖1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙。
4:橄榄油1.5大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙。
做法:
不沾锅放油1.5大匙,置炉上开大中火,放入鸡翼炒(图A)至外皮焦黄。

接着放入蒜蓉和洋葱块炒至洋葱软(图B),依次加入3料,煮沸调中火煮10分钟(图C)。调大中火收汁到浓稠即可(图D)。
