【葱头虾仁】

这个葱头虾仁，好吃极了，值得一试。
用料:
1：红葱头2个；
2：冰冻白虾仁1包454克；
3：盐1/2茶匙，生粉1茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，香油1茶匙；
4：牛油果油 1大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜末1茶匙，风味豆豉1大匙；
5：蚝油1大匙， 鸡粉 1/6茶匙，糖1/4茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、红葱头剥去皮，切小丁（图1）。冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻，去壳去肠。冷水中抓洗干净，挤去水，放入一碗中，加3料拌匀（图2）待用。
2、锅加1大匙油，置炉上开大中火，放入4料炒香（图3），然后放入红葱头丁（图4），翻炒30秒。
3、加虾仁（图5），炒至虾仁变色（大约2分钟），加剩余5料（图6），翻炒均匀。即可出锅了。虾仁很嫩，很好吃。
