【葱香肉饼】

用料:
面团：
1：中筋面粉2杯（all-purpose flour，320克），盐1/2茶匙，拌匀；
2：开水2/3杯+2茶匙（170克），冷水3大匙（45克）；
3：牛油果油 或玉米油1大匙；
肉馅：
4：猪肉馅200g（Costco, extra lean ground pork）；
5：葱3根，去根洗净切葱花，姜末1茶匙；
6：盐1/3茶匙， 香油 1大匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，十三香粉或白胡椒粉1/4茶匙，生粉1大匙；
7：头抽酱油 1大匙，生抽酱油1大匙；
8：水4大匙（60克）；
其他：
9：玉米油或牛油果油 4大匙，煎饼用.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、面团：盆内放入1料的面粉后，慢慢加入2料的开水并边搅拌，然后放入冷水合成大块面团（图1）。加3料玉米油1大匙，揉成光滑面团，（图2），盖上保鲜膜室温醒发30-60分钟。
2、肉馅：取一干净的盆，放入所有4-7料（图3），用一筷子顺一个方向搅拌均匀，然后便加8料里的水边继续搅拌至馅上劲即可。
3、将醒好的面团稍揉下，分割成4等份。每份揉圆压扁，擀开成30厘米直径的薄皮（图7），放上1/4份的肉馅，摊平覆盖住一半圆（图4），将另一半饼皮对折覆盖肉馅（图5），捏紧边。依次做完所有的饼。
4、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Crepe/Nann”，温度400F时间16分钟，然后点“Start”。锅预热结束打开盖子放2大匙油，然后放入2个饼（图6），盖上盖煎。
5、大约10分钟后翻转提示，将饼翻转一面（图7），盖上锅盖让程序继续。程序结束即可盛出饼，切块趁热吃，味道超好。
6、依次做好另外的饼，可以冷冻存储，想吃时再剪。
