【蒜蓉蚝油胜瓜】

今天买菜时看到胜瓜很新鲜，买了一大条，做了蒜蓉蚝油胜瓜，挺好吃。这胜瓜有点像国内的丝瓜，聊胜于无。
用料:
1：胜瓜一条410克；
2：枸杞子12粒，如果只有干的用水泡一会至软；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙；新鲜剁掉蒜蓉1大匙，盐1/4茶匙，水4大匙；
4：李锦记旧庄蚝油 1大匙， 鸡粉1/4茶匙；
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、如果枸杞子是干的用水泡软（图1），我用的是朋友自己种的冻冰箱保存的。胜瓜削去皮洗净滚刀切块（图2）待用。
2、不粘锅，置炉上开大中火，加橄榄油1.5大匙，炒香蒜蓉（图3），下胜瓜块翻炒几下（图4）。
3、加1/4茶匙盐和水4大匙，依次加入4料，炒至炒至瓜块软身（图5）。然后放枸杞子兜匀出锅。放几粒枸杞入菜，不仅美观，还有有补肾、滋阴、养肝、明目、益气等功效，何乐而不为。。
