【蒜蓉黑椒虾仁】

这个蒜蓉黑椒虾仁LD非常喜欢, 用了COSTCO冷藏的大虾, 非常Q弹.

用料:
1: 冷藏大虾1盒1000克;
2: 蒜一头;
3: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1.5大匙;
4: 头抽酱油1大匙, 罗汉果糖 1/4茶匙, 黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙, 盐1/2茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙;
5:香油 1茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、蒜剥去皮水冲洗后切成蓉(图1), 虾去壳去肠洗净 (图2) 待用.
2、不粘锅加1.5大匙油,置炉上开大中火,放入蒜蓉(图3)炒2-3分钟至微黄香(图4),然后放入虾仁(图5),翻炒2-3分钟。

3、虾仁变色加剩余4-5料(图6),翻炒均匀。即可出锅了。虾仁很嫩,很好吃。



I’m not sure why but this blog is loading incredibly slow for me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it a issue on my end? I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
