用料:
1：四季豆675克；
2：虾米干2大匙；
3：牛油果油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
4： 头抽酱油 1大匙，生抽1.5大匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，水1/4杯；
5：香油1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、四季豆摘去两头，洗净切寸段（图1）待用.
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源，按开关键预热后，加1.5大匙油，放入葱花，蒜蓉及虾米（图2），盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Stirfry程序，3秒后再按-键减少时间到1.5分钟，程序自动进行。
3、程序结束后，打开锅盖，放入四季豆及所有4料（图2），再盖上锅盖，用Function键再选Stirfry程序，3秒后程序自动进行，再按+键增加时间到12分钟。程序进行到还剩1分钟时，从侧面打开盖子，放入1/2茶匙香油，盖上盖子。
4、程序结束后，盛出炒好的虾米四季豆就可以上桌了。
