【蚝油扁豆】

FarmBoy的扁豆卖的可真贵$4.99才340克，但非常新鲜有嫩，很好吃。
用料:
1：扁豆一代340克；
2：牛油果油 1大匙；
3：葱花2茶匙，蒜蓉1.5茶匙；
4：头抽酱油1大匙，黑胡椒1/8茶匙，蚝油1.5大匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙，水1/2杯。
5：香油1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、扁豆摘去两头，洗净（图1）斜切1厘米段（图2）待用。
2、炒锅置炉上大火，加油1大匙，葱花及蒜蓉（图3），翻炒几下，下扁豆段（图4），翻炒几下。
3、依次加所有4料及水1/2杯，炒几下（图5），盖上盖焖3-4分钟。
4、打开盖子（图6）炒至汁将干，下1/2茶匙香油翻炒均匀即可。
