夏日花酒事

先说酒
上周末请了LD单位的几位年轻人来家吃烧烤，正好抓住了夏天的尾巴，难得的有32度高温。我做了wine punch（带酒精的果汁饮料，西班牙文叫Sangria），参考了suzie-q，甜酒甜和foodnetwork的方子。第一次尝试，觉得很好玩，尤其女士喜欢喝。
做法如下，约15杯的份量：
红酒一瓶 750毫升
白兰地 50毫升
橘汁 100毫升
橘子、柠檬、青柠各一个，去核，取一半切薄片；另一半切成小瓣，挤出果汁
苹果一个，去皮去核，切薄片
糖 3-4大匙
以上放冰箱过夜
要喝前加冰块和红莓（raspberry），再倒入冰好的1升ginger ale，1升七喜（或 Sprite）
另外推荐一款白葡萄酒 Boeri Ribota Moscato D’asti，是意大利小伙子带来的，口味介于冰酒的甜与香槟的微酸之间，喝不惯干红葡萄酒的朋友可以试试它。
再说花
小时候住的院子有五栋一模一样的两层楼房，每层楼住六户人家，两头的大单元住两家，中间的两小单元各住一家。南京的夏天真是够热的，号称三大火炉之一，连 着十几天三十五六度是常事。那年头没有冰箱与空调，人手一把扇子。院子里栽了许多泡桐、法国梧桐树，但正午还是暑热蒸人。吃一肚子的西瓜，睡个午觉起来， 席子上汪了一圈汗迹，要用热水将草席竹床抹过，晚上睡的时候才凉爽。
傍晚才是院子里节目的开始，有禁不住热的就将晚饭端到外面吃，邻居见了问“什么菜呀？”那年头素多荤少，多半是炒丝瓜、空心菜、西红柿炒蛋之类。饭后两家 人轮流着洗澡，小窗户蒙着纱，蒸气难以散出去，洗完马上又一身汗。孩子们洗澡的时候，女人们洗碗浇花，男人们将一桶桶水泼在地上消去暑气，然后各家各户将 竹床竹椅小板凳搬出来。蚊香的一明一暗中，大人们听着收音机，摇着蒲扇谈天摆龙门阵，小孩追逐星星点点的萤火和掏知了洞。一直到夜深，屋里没有那么热了， 大人再叫醒已入睡的孩子们，回家去也。
我家的窗外，靠着院墙处种着洗澡花、凤仙花，每年自生自长。凤仙花女孩儿喜欢拿来染指甲玩；洗澡花我们又叫地雷花，花籽成熟时黑色圆圆的，且有棱，象地雷。它傍晚时开放，正好是洗完澡出来乘凉时分。花多是浅紫红色，少数是黄色，芳香四溢。
今年初夏种下的几株洗澡花长得有半人高了，清晨与傍晚时开放，香味依然。9月是我24年前出国的日子，洗澡花带给我南京夏天与儿时的记忆。现在遍地起高楼，家家单门独户，新一代大概都不知道乘凉是怎么回事。
